BMO U.S. Equity Hedged to CAD Index ETF has been designed to replicate, to the extent possible, the performance of the Dow Jones U.S. Large-Cap Index (CAD hedged), net of expenses. The investment strategy of the BMO U.S. Equity Hedged to CAD Index ETF is to invest in and hold the Constituent Securities of the Dow Jones U.S. Large-Cap Index (CAD hedged) in the same proportion as they are reflected in the Dow Jones U.S. Large-Cap Index (CAD hedged) or securities intended to replicate the performance of the Index.

The Dow Jones U.S. Large-Cap Index (CAD hedged) is a float-adjusted market capitalization weighted index that tracks the securities of the largest and most liquid public companies in the United States. The Dow Jones U.S. Large-Cap Index (CAD hedged) is an index consisting of shares selected from the Dow Jones U.S. Index, a float-adjusted market capitalization weighted index that reflects 95% of the shares of securities actually available to investors in the marketplace.
